Donations made to the Joe Lucky Memorial Golf Tournament on the North Texas Giving Day (September 14, 2017) will be matched by supporting corporations.

Methods of Payment/Donation:

Checks can be made out to JLMGT, Inc. and sent to the address on the entry form link above or handed to a committee member during registration.
You can also use the PayPal link below to electronically transfer funds from your bank account or credit card.

Invitations to individuals and corporate sponsors will be notified by e-mail before September 1, 2017. Please get your registration forms completed and turned in as soon as possible. These can either be hand delivered, emailed or mailed using the US postal service.

The tournament format will be a 4 person scramble. You may enter as an individual or a 4 person team. The JLMGT committee will insure that all individuals are placed on a team. Details of the tournament will follow but we need you to start forming your teams (foursomes) for the competition. We need all team names to be submitted by Friday, September 22, 2017.

Everyone enjoyed last year’s tournament but we did have to cut short some play due to threatening thunder storms late in the day. Hopefully this year will be a beautiful October weather that we are accustomed to in this part of Texas. We had great participation from corporations as well as individuals across TI and the Wireless organizations, their families and friends. It’s a good opportunity to take a break from our busy schedules, play some golf, and enjoy fellowship among colleagues. All for a great cause to remember Joe and raise money for the advanced education for the children of families with similar needs.
